At BuyTShirtsOnline.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund or replacement policy from the date you receive your order.


1. 7-Day Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or a replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

  • You received the wrong size, color, or design.

  • You are unsatisfied with the fit (size exchange only – see section 4).

After 7 days from delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Conditions for Refund or Replacement

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn (except for trying on), and free of odors, pet hair, or stains.

  • Tags (if any) must still be attached.

  • Custom or personalized t-shirts cannot be refunded or replaced unless they arrive damaged or have a clear printing defect.


3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email us within 7 days of delivery at: support@buytshirtsonline.com
with the subject line: “Refund/Return Request – [Order Number]”

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (if damaged/wrong item)

  • Indicate whether you want a refund or replacement

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.


4. Refunds (Approved)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds go to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error (wrong item/damaged).

  • For non-defective returns (e.g., changed mind), you pay return shipping.

Note: For size issues, we recommend a replacement (free exchange) rather than a refund – see section 5.


5. Replacements (Approved)

  • If you choose a replacement, we ship the corrected item at no extra cost (including shipping).

  • Replacements are sent within 3–5 business days after approval.

  • You do not need to return the original item for replacement unless we request it (we usually don’t).


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom / personalized shirts

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Items with visible wear, wash, or damage caused by the customer


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days from our approval:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before refund is posted).

  3. Contact your bank.

  4. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please email us at support@buytshirtsonline.com.


8. Shipping for Returns

We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective returns (e.g., customer changed mind).
